The draft report of the Hydrologic & Hydraulic study of Hicks Creek and Abrahams Creek has been received from the Borton-Lawson Engineering Firm. The report presents the findings of a study that was funded by Luzerne County and PA DEP.

This report contains detailed descriptions of the Hicks Creek and Abrahams Creek watersheds, the stormwater problems affecting the watersheds, the hydrologic and hydraulic analyses conducted as part of this study, and alternative solutions considered and recommended to alleviate the flooding problems.

A hard copy version of the report can be reviewed at the Exeter Borough Building. THE PDF version can be downloaded below.
